Ok this has gone on long enough

I can only be in denial for so long

I can only be able to wear 20% of the clothes I own for so long

I can only handle the fat jokes from my brother every time we see each
other for so long

I can only take the fat comments at the family reunion for so long

It's time for me to do something about this. It has gotten so annoying
and so out of hand.

My schedule this week is still pretty nuts. But once I am able to get
things under control with my schedule, I need to get my health together.

Well today it is 60 degrees in Central PA. This time of year that's
very warm. We are all walking around like it's summer time.

I can't wait to get back to wearing Flip Flops all day every day!
