Dude
It was freaking awesome seeing a black man sworn in as president. Very cool considering 45 years ago Dr. King was giving a speech on the mall in Washington fighting for equal rights for black people of this country. It's such a cool feeling to see how far we've come as a country. It gives me so much hope that we will continue to move forward with so many other aspects of our politics, economy, social, etc etc. I have faith that we will figure out this health care thing, this climate thing, this gay rights thing, pro life, etc etc. I'm anxious to see where our new President will take us. I really hope things move forward for the better.
I found this picture on the internet and think it's just incredible.

Been a while
Well I have been away from home for a little over two weeks. I got back Sunday evening and have been going at 100 mikes an hour ever since. I need to slow down!! Things are going well. California was fun as always. Then I went to Texas and worked my butt off for 7 days or so. It was a blast, but BRUTAL on my body! I need to get back in shape!!!
Here are some fun times from Texas
The kids perform at halftime of the bowl game.
Me doing what I do.
Myself with the snareline.
Chillin on the Riverwalk with some Starbucks.
Nice Big Dinner on the Riverwalk.
I have more pictures I will post later. Including some from Christmas. Although Christmas isn't over yet for us. Megan and I still have gifts to open over at her parents house. That happens tonight. Whoo Hoo!

San Antonio
Hello all!!!
I am currently in San Antonio working with the Army All American
Marching Band. Fun times!
I've been here since Sunday working LONG freaking days. I'm not too
happy with the work, but I do enjoy the SMALL amount of time off we
get. I will post some pictures of the river walk soon. This picture is
the view from my hotel room.
