I'm in awe!

I stumbled upon this video while browsing You Tube on my iPhone.  For one, the song Africa by the band Toto is a great song.  But this guy has accomplished something so wonderful.

I play the guitar a little, and I used to play a ton.  This makes me want to pick up my guitar and never stop practicing!

27 Dresses

I hope no one sits in front of me.

The wonderful mall

It feels like I have been to the mall every Sunday for the past few
weeks.

It looks like I may have joined the club. Ya know that club where all
the husbands sit on the benches in the mall while Their wives shops.
Or they look at big screen TVs or power tools while their wives shop
for bras.

Good stuff.

Almost time!

Its almost time to say surprise!

These Lines......

There's only us

There's only this

Forget regret

Or life is yours to miss

No Other Road

No Other Way

No Day But Today

I live 3 hours from NYC.  On the weekend, there are MatinĂ©es.  I have no idea why Megan and I don't take advantage of how close we live to NYC.  We have the opportunity to see Rent whenever we want.

I think it's time to plan a trip.

Mobile blogging

If you've noticed, I've been posting some interesting pictures. I'm
stuck here at the high school with nothing to do for over an hour
because I have students who forgot we had lessons tonight.

I've also discovered that I can blog from my iPhone. This school has
some interesting objects sitting around. I thought I would share some
with you.

Ouch!

Did he fall into this?

Nice

1st place. District Drama Festival. 1973

Good stuff.

Lessons

This is what my lesson room looks like when students decide to NOT
show up.

So annoying! I could be at home with me sweet wife.

Would you buy this for work?

My good buddy Greg just showed this to me.

Totally amazing.

Would you buy this for work?

Everything

This is the moment when I have just one thing on my mind;

Everything

Every now and then I will star to think of everything I need to get
done and u get so overwhelmed that I can't even focus on one thing. I
really dislike this quality about myself. I need to force myself to
make a list, and the. Go after each, one at a time.

First thing is first. More coffee. That usually helps things.
Actually, maybe I will go to Panera and work from there. I might be
able to get my mind clear if I go to Panera. I think I'm getting some
cabin fever. I love working from home, don't get me wrong. But I don't
like sitting in one place for long periods if time either.

Ok I will finish up what I'm doing right now. Which I can't tell you
what it is. But I will give you a hint. I can cover it up with some
Cool Water cologne. Anyone know what that means? Haha that's funny.

Ok adiós for now!!!!

Nothing to blog

I can't think of anything to write about. So I'm writing about nothing.

A standard for any trip to the mall.

And there it is

Well my obsession with the advertising campaigns of Apple Inc. came to fruition.  Now I can play along with my own iPhone.  I'm sure you're wondering why I would post about me buying an iPhone.

 Well I will tell you!

Apple has done something in Business that is truly remarkable.  And I'm not talking about a few billion dollars in cash just sitting around, waiting to be spent on something.  Although, that is pretty remarkable.

I'm talking about their ability to create a pop culture icon.  Apple has inadvertently created a community of people who do not know each other personally.  I think it's truly amazing how owning a Mac or an iPod brings you into a community of people.  And the fact that a computer company has a fan base is amazing!  And I don't mean just loyal customers.  I'm talking about fans.

Prior to Steve Jobs giving his keynote address in San Francisco last week, there were people lined up in the streets the day before.  Waiting in line just so they could get good seats.  When was the last concert you saw where this happened?  Or maybe when waiting in line to buy tickets for the Van Halen reunion tour.  Or maybe to get tickets to a game at Fenway Park against the Yankees.  Or remember back when Star Wars Episode 1 came out?  I was in college and I remember being in line for like 14 hours.  I was studying for finals while I was waiting in line to see a movie!

That same kind of craze happens with Apple.  It's just an amazing thing to accomplish.  Especially since their line of business does not traditionally attract this type of attention.
I'm hoping and praying that I am able to garner this type of excitement with what I'm doing in business.  When you look at it on the surface, there's no way I would.  Why would people get that excited about drum camps?  What's so cool about learning some new beats for your drumline?

Well who ever would have thought it would be cool to have the latest computer?  Or the latest mp3 player?  Now it's so common to be excited about it, that it's not abnormal.

Well I will do my best.  Regardless, I know God will provide.  Boy that lesson has been sinking in lately.  It's great!

Chat soon!

These kids!

I didn't realize that they would grow up so freakin fast!

Pretty soon Madison will be in High School and she may even go on a date.  I don't even want to think about that.

Whoa!!!!

Well geez!  This may the be longest I have ever taken to update this blog.  Words cannot describe how insanely busy the past few weeks have been.  Too much!  But I am looking forward to slowing things down a bit.

Texas was wonderful.  As usual, I took my camera to record some snap shots of my experience, and I took ZERO.  I suck!  But, I have some pictures coming my way.  Vince was able to work this gig as well, so it was nice to hang with him a bit.  I also made some new friends which was great.  And I made some connections for my business.  So overall, it was a great trip.

I just wish my wife could have been there with me.  I missed her so much while I was there.  It was an awful feeling to not have her there, but it was nice to know that I missed her as much as I did.  She's just the best.

Well here is my new office:

It has been an interesting transition.  It still doesn't fully feel like I've made the transition yet.  First there were the holidays.  And then I was in Texas.  And now, Megan and I are housesitting for someone.  We are sleeping at their house every night, and I have to go over at noon everyday to take the dog out to poop!  A lot of my non customer based work happens late at night.  Sometimes till the wee hours of the morning.  I have not been able to do any of that since we started housesitting.

Well I have built my first website ever.  Now everyone keep in mind, I am NOT a website designer and I have NEVER built a website before.  I am simply using the iWeb software that comes with the iMac.  But, I think it's a great start, and not bad for an amateur.  Go check out the site HERE.

Well there ya go.

God Bless!!!
